ATC CNC routers, because of their automatic tool changing function, are extensively used in manufacturing industries for furniture, facades, curtainwall, cabinet doors, computer desks etc.
Cut to size. Setting any size in the system, it will cut on your command. Suppose cutting speed 48m/min, pls calculate how many pcs you could finish cut one piece. The machine does not need rest, it could work 12 hours at least per day. By calculating production output, you will find out how much benefit it will bring.
OMNI configure 3 spindles at least. So, one spindle has a V or ball nosed tool for cutting the fold lines, a second spindle has a straight tool for cutting the panel out and a third spindle is used for drill holes. No need to replace the cutting tool manually. Also offer auto tool changer to complete the tool changing automatically.
Aluminium composite panel usually at size of width 1.27m (50”) , 1.57m (62”) , 1.98m (78”), length 5.9m (196”). We build 2m (78.7”) *6m (236”) working size. So you can cut the full sheet on the machine bed. Reduce the risk of damaging the sheet while cutting. And, custom working size is optional.
Traditional aluminium composite panel is cutting with saw, guillotines, notchers etc, it requires more labors. CNC router machine only requires at most 2 labors for operating machine and moving material. You even could use auto loading and offloading system to speed up the production efficiency.
