1.Why you plan purchase cnc router(laser machine, plasma)? Before you purchase it, how did you do your work?
We have bought cnc machine to improve our production. Before we have bought it, we were enforced to import the carved parts for our furniture from Iran and other countries. And our production was limited by the simple furniture.
2. What is the reason you chose OMNI product?
Our partner by buying cnc machine was USAID. They have bought some machines from you before and they introduced us your Firm as A trustful partner.
We have contacted lots of other companies and your seller Allen Zhang could convenience us to work with you.
3. How does the cnc machine achieve the efficiency improvement, cost reduction and quality improvement? If there is data could offer, much appreciated.
Sense we have been worked with cnc machine we can achieve variety in our production, we can design our production by ourselves and we are not more limited by imported production.
We could activate one new brunch in our production: now we produce also bedroom sets.
For example , in the past the costs for 1 furniture set was 1500$, now by cnc we can make it for 1100$.
4. What configuration on cnc machine is much helpful?
Tools auto-change configuration is very helpful.
5. If you purchase the cnc machine again, what configuration you would love to add?
I would add one axe else( now we have 3), i would take the much bigger workplace .
6. Would you like to share your importing cnc machine experience?
Yes, sure i would like to do it. Because that can help others make their right choice.
